If you are supplying us
Every order in this pilot is a test-mode transaction. The hair and the shipping are real; the payment is not, and we settle with you outside CrownIQ, by bank transfer. Your statement in the supplier console shows what CrownIQ owes you and why each line is or is not paid yet.
Nothing emails you. Work arrives on your Work screen and that screen is the notification.
Merchant of Record posture is provisional and under review. Nothing here represents CrownIQ as the final seller of record.
